How a dream that began with two learners grew into a respected school serving more than 350.
Nelion School was founded in 2014 with two learners, three teachers, two support staff, supportive directors and one strong belief: “Every Child Deserves a Chance.”
The school began from humble beginnings, with one learner in Playgroup and another in Pre-Unit.
In 2018, Nelion presented its first KCPE candidates. Our top learner scored 422 marks and joined Butere Girls High School.
That achievement showed that with the right support and guidance, every child can excel and compete among the best in Kenya. Today, former learners are in high school, university and professional training in fields such as Law and Medicine.
Today Nelion serves more than 350 learners, with a library, an established ICT room, clean water for every learner and a conducive learning environment. We are more than a school: we are a family that nurtures dreams, builds confidence and prepares learners for a successful future.
